How to exercise anywhere — image 1

Friends, it turns out that although we live in the age of internet technology and can receive international education online, consult a wide range of specialists and buy anything from anywhere…
some people still find it unclear how exercise can work online.
In my previous article I described the benefits of online training. I received many questions from you and decided to answer them here.
Let us examine this convenient and effective way of exercising and make sense of it together.
How do online or Skype sessions work? Essentially just as if we were exercising together in a fitness centre, but with a major advantage for a modern person who values their time.
Before starting, you receive simple but important instructions: how to set up your camera, what to prepare and what to wear.
We work through the camera, seeing each other clearly, and train exclusively one to one!
We agree on a particular time of day and days of the week.
You pay for your sessions, so do not even entertain the idea that you will be unable to organise yourself at home. With this arrangement, organisation is 100%. The convenience is that you can be wherever you wish during the session: at home, at work, on holiday or on a business trip…
Under my professional, attentive and firm guidance, you improve and support your health!
Training by video is a real opportunity, in the pace of modern life, to remember yourself, maintain your health and prolong your youth while saving time and money.

I will say straight away that I accept only people who are ready for effort, discipline and results!

Individual and group Pilates sessions in Prague, and individual sessions by video call.

Most people today are very short of time. In the pace of modern life we all forget about ourselves, and when we remember and think about going somewhere to look after our health and exercise, we run into that shortage of time.
When I was on maternity leave with my second child, I badly needed exercise. I felt and understood that this time my body needed work and recovery would not be straightforward. I tried different studios, looking for instructors who fitted my idea of a good trainer. I arranged with my husband for him to watch the children during my session, but, as often happens, he could be delayed at work and my class would go ahead without me. It was difficult to organise everything, and as a mother of two, finding time to travel to the fitness centre was not easy either. That was when my decision to become a Pilates trainer took shape. I explained why I chose Pilates in previous articles.

I studied for two years at a professional international school of fitness and aerobics. After receiving the long-awaited certificate, I began practising and developing by conducting individual sessions. Most of my clients were also young mothers who, like me earlier, found it difficult to make time for a trip to the gym. That led to the idea of individual online sessions by video. As the familiar option with good picture quality, Skype became the link between me and my #пилатеследи — and that is when it all began. It proved to be a wonderful opportunity for many people: real savings in travel time, preparation and costs. We simply agree on a time and meet by video 2–3 times a week to train. The person can be anywhere convenient: at home, in the garden, in a park, at work, on holiday or on a business trip. All that is needed is internet access, comfortable clothes and a mat.

Today, while I conduct different sessions — group, individual and workshops — video training remains a wonderful and popular option for anyone who wants to be healthy and beautiful with minimal time and financial costs.

Yours, Yanina Drozdova
