Eating healthily is easy!
There is a great deal of information about proper nutrition today. It is easy to get lost in it all, and photos of fitness food can become quite an obsession. Sometimes it seems that people who eat what they post online come from another planet. I will not impose healthy eating on you. We will simply look at facts based on what the body needs to function properly and healthily.

1. Do not overeat! You should still feel slightly hungry after eating. Do not let your brain control you by instilling a subconscious fear of going hungry. Those who have food available can eat again in 2–3 hours. Look after your stomach, its size and healthy functioning, and protect yourself from excess weight.

2. Do not eat after 6 p.m. local time. From this point, the body's biological clock prepares for renewal, and the food you eat simply begins to rot, interfering with metabolism and the body's functioning overall. Eating after 6 p.m. confuses the body and deprives you of active cell renewal. If you cannot manage the hours before bed without food, you can have a light snack of foods already partly processed by food bacteria and fungi: kefir, cottage cheese, cheese, or vegetables.

3. Practise food combining. It can be beneficial to have occasional lighter eating days by separating foods into:
Proteins and fats

Carbohydrates and fats

Animal-based foods

Plant-based foods
You can eat this way for up to 7 days. Fats can be plant-based or animal-based — which you choose is a personal preference. Both help the body process many vitamins; for example, vitamins A, D, E and K do not dissolve without fat! The body absorbs proteins and carbohydrates better when they are eaten separately from one another and together with fats.

4. Monitor your intake of SWEET, FLOUR-BASED AND FRIED FOODS. Excessive consumption of these foods affects your health and directly harms your internal organs.

5. Start your day with water! Begin the morning by waking your body with two glasses of plain, clean water, drink 1.5 litres before lunch, and the rest during the day. Remember that fluids and water are different things. When people say to drink at least 2 litres of fluids daily, they mean clean water. The body perceives soups, tea, coffee, juices and similar drinks as food. If you are not yet used to drinking water, start with the amount your body accepts and increase it every 3–4 days. In just two weeks, you will already be starting your morning with TWO glasses of water. Remember that water is the foundation of the body's vital functions. In closing, I want to say that healthy eating is easy: follow a few principles of how your body works and exercise consistently! Choose what suits you and make sure it is in harmony with your body's functioning and needs.
